Proposed ‘P&C Garden’ master plan has 7 towers of each 20 storey with 2 levels interconnected basements for Car parks. This has only 25percent plot coverage rest all green space with children play area, jogging track etc. 50,000sqft exclusive clubhouse is designed in international standards for the residents.
The total built–up area achieved for this entire project is 1,500,000 sqft. 10% Open Space Reservation is provided for community parks. This project is designed for allowed FSI 2.5 and premium FSI of 3.5 aswell by adding two blocks but without exceeding the allowed plot coverage 30%.
